Auditiams Compliance & Risk Ltd ("Auditiams", "we", "us") operates audcom.auditiams.com (the "Website") and the AUDCOM compliance management platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Website or the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or the Platform.

We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility and Accounts

The Platform is a business-to-business service intended for use by companies and professionals. You must be at least 18 years of age and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.

You may use the Website and the Platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. All content on the Website and the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the property of Auditiams Compliance & Risk Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Cypriot and international copyright laws.

You may download and print single pages for personal, non-commercial use only, provided copyright and other proprietary notices are retained.

Service Availability

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auditiams Compliance & Risk Ltd, its officers and employees from any claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Website or the Platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform with immediate effect if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law) remain in effect. Personal data is retained and deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
